Where did you hear about My Simple Estate Plan?
1. Do you understand that your estate plan will be prepared in conformity with the Colorado Probate Code. This means that your assets will be disbursed as outlined below.

1. To your parents in equal shares, if they are alive. 2. If your parents have predeceased you, to your siblings in equal shares. 3. If your siblings have predeceased you, then to your nieces and nephews in equal shares. If you do not have siblings, then to your aunts and uncles in equal shares.
Single With Children:
1. To your children in equal shares. 2. If your children predecease you, then to your parents in equal shares. 3. If your parents have predeceased you, to your siblings in equal shares. 4. If your siblings have predeceased you, then to your nieces and nephews in equal shares. If you do not have siblings, then to your aunts and uncles in equal shares.
Married With No Children:
1. To your spouse. 2. If you spouse predeceases you, then to your parents in equal shares. 3. If your parents have predeceased you, to your siblings in equal shares. 4. Married With Children:
